85% Madagascan chocolate pairs well with coffee, nuts – particularly hazelnuts and almonds, blue cheese and apricots.
85% Columbian chocolate pairs well with smoked cheese, bacon, kangaroo or beef jerky, and smokey teas such as Russian Caravan and Lapsang Souchong.
